Terms of Service

By accessing or using iTextwise (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

iTextwise is a writing tool that uses AI to rewrite text you provide into a tone you select. To generate results, the text you submit is sent securely to a third-party AI provider. The Service is provided to help you adjust the tone, clarity and structure of your writing. It does not guarantee any particular outcome.

You agree not to use iTextwise to:

• Create content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes others' rights.
• Impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for harm, or overload the Service.

You retain full ownership of the text you enter and the rewritten output. We do not claim any rights over your content. To generate results, your text is processed by third-party AI providers under their own terms. You are responsible for reviewing and for how you use any output.

Automated rewrites can miss context or subtly change meaning. Always review the output before you send, publish or submit it. You are solely responsible for the final text you choose to use.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iTextwise and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these terms, at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
